BBC (Blueberry Blackberry Chai) Jam

This Blueberry Blackberry Chai jam is a no-cook, quick, simple, homemade spread made with whole fruit and rich natural flavor, perfect for topping toast, stirring into yogurt, or adding a nourishing touch to everyday meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 3 tbsp chai seeds
  • half squeezed lemon
  • 3 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Add Blackberries, blueberries, chai seeds, and squeeze half of a lemon into food processor with 3 tbsp of honey and run until smooth.
  2. Transfer to 2 mason jars with lid and allow to set in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. If you use frozen berries, the jam may take longer to set and gelatinize properly.
