Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbps olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Air Fryer or Oven
  • Mason Jar
  • Meat Thermometer

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, granulated garlic, and black pepper in a mason jar or resealable jar. Whisk until thoroughly combined, and be sure to get all the honey mixed through the sauce.
  2. Pour honey mustard sauce over chicken in a sealable container and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. You can decide on how much sauce you want to use.
  3. Cook in the air fryer or oven until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
