Pizza Dough (No Yeast)

Our family loves home-cooked pizza, but oftentimes we don't have time to make it with traditional pizza dough. This quick pizza dough recipe tastes very similar to flatbread pizza and can be made in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. In mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, garlic and italian seasoning. Whisk together until combined.
  2. Add water and oil.
  3. Mix together with a spoon or your hands and form into a ball. When fully mixed it should be soft but not sticky. Add a little bit of water if dough is too dry.
  4. If making pizza right away, lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough. Add your favorite pizza sauce and toppings, and cook in the oven at 400℉ for roughly 15 minutes.
