Method
- In a strainer, drain the chickpeas and run cool water over them for about 20-30 seconds.
- Combine chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, and feta cheese in a food processor and blend until the mixture is thick and creamy. If the mixture is too thick for you, add small amounts of water (tablespoon) under it reaches the right thickness.
- Scrape the chickpea cheese into a serving bowl or add it to a food as we do with pizza and burgers.
